Americans didn't flock to Canada after Bush win today.reuters.com. I wouldn't be misled. The winter months are traditionally the slowest months for emigration between the US and Canada. Plus, there is another snag to this whole process. To become a citizen, you must live in Canada for 3 of the 4 years prior to the request for citizenship. And of course, you will want to be a citizen because they get paid the most and its easier for them to get jobs.
