By this time, Jim, everyone who reads SI over a long period of time should be aware of how much you object to the tax breaks given to homeowners for capital gains under the IRS code. You've certainly mentioned it enough to get the message across.

I can only conclude from your many references to this subject that you do not own a home, do not intend to own a home, and will never benefit from such a tax break on capital gains that you NEVER intended to get or count on, had you bought a home and actually achieved the capital gains. <<gg>>
