Here is an update with a link to what is happening with the distribution plan. GLTA.
This website has been established to provide information regarding the distribution of funds to purchasers of the common stock of Systems of Excellence, Inc. The funds to be distributed include funds disgorged by defendants and other persons in actions filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Disgorgement Funds") and the proceeds of the settlement of a class action (the "Class Action Settlement Fund"). The Disgorgement Funds and Class Action Settlement Fund are being distributed pursuant to the Plan of Distribution approved by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Update June 1, 2005. The period for submitting claims has passed and the initial review of claims has been completed. Claimants whose claims do not appear to meet the criteria set forth in the Plan of Distribution or who need to provide additional information are being notified. Following the determination of allowed claims and allowed class action claims, Court approval necessary for the distribution of the Disgorgement Funds and the Class Action Settlement Fund will be sought. Please be patient as the completion of the claim administration process will take time. You may check this website for further updates.
