I think the American brand of capitalism needs to be socialized a bit.

It already has been socialized quite a lot. Too much in fact.

They have no choice but move; however, their client base is in or near the central district.

There are certainly plenty of kids that could use education in the other districts.

Non profit org. that help the poor are forced to move or are shut down because of rent increases or a opportunistic landlord. How can the American brand of capitalism be the best when such things happen here on a regular basis?

The best doesn't mean perfect. It also doesn't mean that it will have happy results for everyone. Every organization, for profit or not has limited resources and won't be able to afford everything it wants. That is true under any economic system. It a largely capitalistic system the total resources are greater, and the tradeoffs are usually more efficient.

With the poor doing most of the tradeoffs.........I understand.

They have less resources. Picking the correct tradeoffs uses limited resources more efficiently, and so benefits the poor more than anyone else. The wealthy actually make more tradeoffs. Their wealth gives them more opportunities and thus more decisions to make.
