Have you ever bothered to read the law itself - I think not - if you had you'd know how ridiculous the question is.

We can't even track 20 million illegals in this country, your talking about registering twice as many guns as there as people in the USA. The fact is most crime guns are reported stolen a couple years before they wind up in a crime. The FBI has some very good stats on where they come from.
