There is no possibility that it will be thrown in to the illegal pot unless a law is passed to make it illegal. If that happens than they can't be tried for actions that took place before the law took effect (ex-post facto laws are unconstitutional). There has to be a law making it illegal in order for it to not be legal. There doesn't have to be a law making it legal in order for it to be legal. Tim
