I agree that North Sea has probably passed its peak. All I am saying is that a lot of factors need to be taken into account in every case. Just looking at the numbers can give a misleading view. For example, everyone knows that Iraq isn't due to exhaustion. Other cases are more complex. When I started my thread, SI Dave suggested that I should maybe move it to an Investment Forum so that free users would be able to post. Any thoughts about that? I don't have much investment talk on it. Not sure what that means? David
