I don't see what the big deal is. How much more obvious can this be. MCET can not execute a business plan... Without sales, any guarantee of sales, dilution on the way and increased cash burn this is not a buy or a hold. I keep waiting for something positive to happen but it all just turns out to be speculation about stem cells and the possibility of possible future sales. It is a revolving door of dilution and reverse splits IMO. How many times have we seen this kind of thing happen to OTCBB's.
