This is as true of much of the NYT's coverage as it is of the Washington Post. They support the Democrats. There are some exceptions, i.e. John Burns. I don't have a problem with their fact, only with their hypocrisy about being "objective" in their reporting and choice of stories. In particular the Air America/Gloria Wise scandal, which IS a NY story, IS being investigated by Eliot Spitzer, and SHOULD be reported on by the NYT. It isn't. I can think of no reason why it shouldn't be, except that the NYT doesn't want to harm a liberal talk show.
