I can't think of any really "economy" type cars on the road, except for these expensive and complex "hybrids Most sedan cars on the road would fall into that category relative to the gas guzzlers. Around here at least. For example, the VW Jetta is very popular here and looking out the window I see lots of Saturns, Hyundais and other obscure cars. There is only one SUV in the parking lot here.
