Unusual Volume - Rupert Resources RUP - VSE - the stock has been a dog for a year, but last week they announced a deal to acquire a producing South African diamond mine (an asset I worked out to be worth approximately $500 million, if the company's projections turn out) for US$15 million.

There's only 7 million out, 8.7 MM out with new PP - good structure BUT it has already had a big run from 60 cents to 150 in the last week. Mostly Vancouver traders and now some of the real orders are coming in from President Don Moore's connections.
