I'm aware of that. In fact, in my younger days I worked at a hospital in London where wealthy girls, particularly Muslims, used to come to have their virginity "repaired" prior to marriage. But the idea that Ugandan girls should be virgins is an attempt to promote abstinence as a means of preventing AIDS and not virtue for religious or other reasons.

Anyway, since Sulaiman Madada is paying he is entitled to chooses any criteria he wants to.
