You believe human behavior is significantly different today, than it was in 1880, because housing styles have changed and we have more financing options available.

For a person like yourself, historical behavior provides no guidance for the future.

As a consequence you stumble through life like a bufoon, incapable of learning from your past mistakes. Your comments reflect your profound ignorance.

Mark Twain said, "history doesn't repeat itself but it likes to rhyme."

I believe this is true. Its my ability to learn from past behavior which has made me far more successful than you have been.
