I could almost guarantee that if we caught Osama instead of killing him, Amnesty and other organizations would be hollering about our treatment of him. They have done it for every other heinous terrorist we have caught, so it only follows that the pattern would be continued.

To say your side has a "focus" on terrorism is disingenuous at best.
