What do you mean...he just traded into Dallas, to a 3000 sq ft home from 1500 sq ft home and probably pocketed up to $500k tax free to boot. And people tell me taxes have nothing to do with Real Estate movement.
In the 80's, then the green was flowing in Texas, a lot of Texans bought up Colorado. Ran up prices there. To many Coloradans, "Texan" was a four letter word. Now the table has turned. So get ready for the Californians this time....going to Texas.
