Similar deal cooking at GLFD. Buyout should close in Oct? at $3.75. Can buy 'em now at $3.49. That's .26/3.49 x 4 (say 3 months) for an annual rate of 30 percent if all goes as planned (famous last words). Did I get this right? Another one that seems too easy... add/edit: make it $3.47. fred hayes
