No I mean that total costs to the US for the war. I understand it will pass 300 billion sometime late this year - or by the middle of next - before we think of withdrawing anyway.
Much of that went for the attack costs, costs of fuel, bullets, flying aircraft around, bombs, costs to keep 150K troops on the ground - basically wasted money from an investment point of view - you're right.
