Kerry was in Cambodia 3-4 times as part of the CIA's Phoenix Program, ferrying in SpecOps for secret missions. John O'Neill did it too as he told Nixon on tape, though he lied about it last year. The reason there are no records is was because it was black ops, wet jobs, dark, deadly stuff, targeted assassinations a la APOCALYPSE NOW. If you don't believe me, research Phoenix. Bob Kerrey was also part of it I think, as a SEAL expert assassin. All the Bushies know Kerry was in Cambodia but they don't care. They just keep repeating this lie trying to make him deny it. The fact was, the war in Cambodia was technically illegal. But that was Nixon and the CIA's doing. Kerry, O'Neill and Kerrey were just following orders.
