Lay is the type who would give money to anyone in power, but Bush was his boy. They were close-close-close. Like I said, the Bush campaign ran operations out of Enron HQ. Dosn't get any cozier than that. Lay was also a con man. If he was smoozing Clinton, he was lying to him, just liemhe lied to Grey Davis. Clinton and Davis were his victims. Bush was his partner.
