That's so often the carrot on the stick to get suckers to
chase. You'd think after a couple years of that talk with
no meaningful results (actually as you know their partner
Xenotech didn't pay their contracted minimum payment) people
would get the message. Woops, I guess they did, look at the
share price decline over the last year and a half or so.
Didn't you hear though, they're trying a 3rd marketing method,
this one just might work! - OR not! LOL
