Well in general without knowing your exact situation I would say sell all bubble market investment property. Might want to continue owning your homestead if you have a manageable fixed rate mortgage payment, RE tax increases are capped, you expect to stay there a long time and cashing out your tax free winnings wouldn't make a major change in your lifestyle.
