I am checking into that. Somehow they will have an excuse to try to get around that. But I intend to question them about their liability. Sueing the city takes ions of time and they will keep trying to get delays to try to wear you out or have your legal fees just keep going on and on. One thing I do not have to worry about is getting a good lawyer. Homegrown too. <gg>
