What is the mechanism of action of Sildenafil?

I agree that the mech of action for Muse is the preferred method of ad ministration as it is local with minimal systemic absorbsion.

I'm assuming you are a urologist and have experience with the use of Muse and from your posts, you are VERY high on the potential for the Co. If earnings are going to be as spectacular as this thread seems to think, it's going to be a good ride.

What potential negatives do you see?
