do not encourage parents to have teen drinking parties because the kids will drink anyway. We have to continue to educate kids on potential serious problems with drinking.

Those of us who are among the 20% of the drinkers who can't handle the stuff feel that way. I can see the parent's point about trying to keep the kids safe.

This constant overreaction of police departments is especially noticeable among the medium and small size ones. They have time on their hands, and love to bust teenagers. It is out of hand, IMO.
