All I can tell you is that I work with Nikon and their order leadtime
for DUV steppers and scanners is still 15 - 18 months. They are not
pulling up their deliveries much. My guess is (if there is a customer
involved) that the customer is SVGL ... one of SVGL's big customers
could be switching to ... say Nikon.

In regards to your links, I don't believe that Copper will be necessary
for .18um technology. One thing did surprise me was the "no mention"
of Low K dielectrics. This I think is much more likely for .18um.
