Well her refusal to testify is probably impeding that.

Actually, she probably still wouldn't testify if Bush demanded all employee's submit a personal waiver or be fired, because she would say they were coerced. Methinks the lady has something to hide.

Did you see the link Steve posted that says the prosecutor already knows who her source is, and that source has given her said waiver?

By the way, civil disobedience has a long and important history in society.

I think she's in jail for failing to answer questions under a subpeona, not civil disobedience.

Isn't civil disobedience when Ted marches down his street to the local 7-11 shouting "1,2,3,4, we don't want to help you build a police force and civil defense force so you can defend your country against terrorist Islamic fanatics that are trying to kill you with suicide car bombs!"??
