DJ News states CEO is going to forgo one year's of cash compensation in return for $250,000 in warrants to purchase SCNG at an excersise price of 25% more than the closing bid price of the stock on the approval date. This agreement is efective Sept. 1.

This agreement is said to align the CEOs compensation with the interests of shareholders.

Very Nice IMO!
