American Spirit has repetitiously posted the same material about Enron for over two years. Some of his comments are true, some half true, some false. Even on those rare occasions when he has acknowledged an error, he still repeats the error.

He give the DOJ no credit for busting Enron and prosecuting its principals.

He continually whines about Enron's political contributions, which totaled about $5.9 million at the federal level, 74% of which went to the GOP, during the 1989-2001 period. Why not whine about George Soros's contributions to Democratic causes, which were in excess of $20 million during the 2004 election cycle alone, or Stephen Bing, a man alleged to have mob connections, who contibuted over $13 million.

I guess that the contribution must be "dirty" if it goes to a GOP cause, and is only "clean" if it goes to a Democratic cause.

When push came to shove, the Enron connections bought them nothing.
