<<I initiated a short on MOVI at $29.29 on 3/28/05. Looking to cover sub-$20 within 12 months, which would represent an over 30% gain. Downside catalyst will be missed earnings/lowered guidance within the next few months.>> Got substantially what I wanted, and I covered this morning at $21.08. From 3/28/05 to 8/9/05, MOVI declined 28% (29.29 to 21.08) whereas BBI declined 16% (8.9 to 7.5). Spread trade was effective.
