Russ, you are forcing me to throw in my 2 cents. <gggg> IF YOU LIVE IN A PRIME AREA AND IF YOU PLAN ON LIVING THERE INDEFINITELY, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BE IN A POSITION THAT YOU DO NOT OWN YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE. A HOME IS A LIFE STYLE CHOICE, YOU DO NOT WANT TO RISK BEING PRICED OUT WHICH CAN HAPPEN VERY EASILY. Now if you live in Phoenix, Modesto, or Little Rock, I only have one question: WHY? and my advice would be: GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE NOW.
