Fact check time again. The $100,000 did not come from Tom Noe; it was raised form other parties. Bush returned the money he got from Noe. President Bush has returned* $4,000 in contributions from Mr. Noe, but has not returned at least $100,000 in money that the former Toledo-area coin dealer raised for his re-election bid.*
