"I was in Marin and Marin County is one of the whitest places I've ever been to. They do have black people but they are segregated into Marin City which only has one way in and one way out. It's one of the things I dislike about the place. Everyone there talks about how much they want racial diversity and then they live in a place where there is none ...until you notice the gardeners. I never met so many unhappy rich white people in my life. "

I was recently in Queens, NY where I grew up. Well today it is a diverse mix of just about very nonwhite nationality you can think of. Guess what most of the people of working age seemed very unhappy. Perhaps having some wealth and a ton of debt is the ticket to a stressed out life. Also met an older white lady perhaps 70 who has lived in the neighborhood for 45 years and she seemed happy and content. No mortgage and a ton of equity on a $800k 3 family home with 2 renters can do that to you<g>
