I can't get the link to work, but I assume that's a 'blanket' waiver that they all sign (as a condition of employment). It's not respected by journalists; even the other guy that testified wouldn't do it without a 'personal' waiver from Rove.


Miller's source has told her she can go and ahead and disclose her/his name. I am beginning to believe she is not doing so not because she is so concerned with the reporter's 'right' not to disclose sources but rather because her ties to the WH run deep and this will be one more confirmation of those deep ties.
