Wouldn't it be a matter of public record? I have posted several articles that point out the fact that Libby signed a release for all reporters. There is too much smoke on Miller for it not to be something else. This NYT investigation might turn up something, but I doubt if they will run anything negative on Miller unless forced to. They are really out there on a limb with her now. Their lawyers have filed papers with the court saying that they don't believe Plame was a secret agent while maintaining in their news stories that Rove/Libby et al are guilty of outing her.
