BNSO:

"The gains came even as sales declined about 17 percent to $13.9 million from $16.6 million a year ago, hurt by a 25 percent decline in the telecommunications products business, Bonso said.

The company said it offset falling sales, and the rising price of raw materials and skilled labor, by changing certain manufacturing processes to cut costs. Bonso also reported a 39 percent decline in administrative and general expenses, which dipped to $1.6 million from $2.7 million in the previous fourth quarter after a lawsuit against the company was resolved.

In May, a Colorado court dismissed a shareholder lawsuit alleging the company and certain directors failed to meet the good faith requirements of trustees and committed corporate waste and fraud. The lawsuit was originally filed in August 2003."

This is the only thing that jumps out at me as to why the stock has lacked attention.
