Vosilla I don't know if you watched the housing bubble special on Cspan today - but it is coming on again tonight - www.cspan.org - you can watch it at 10pm and 1am - they have dean baker - the guy that calculated risk has quoted from I think with his housing FAQ - they SPECIFICALLY mentioned WEST PALM BEACH in thier bubble analysis as a bad area - why did they have to mention our city and not anywhere else in this bubbly country?? hehe Anyways that motivated me to get in touch with some Tenant in Common investment folks quick today and I made many phone calls.

I am going to have to think where to invest now, I will be closing on the house in a few weeks and then if I do 1031 I only have 45 days - believing in the wisdom of crowds - where should I go - the US post office will always pay thier bills right? Post offices take down even japanese governments - so I figure they are pretty important.
