Weakness wide spead today...I look for afternoon rally! From Briefing.com: 11:15 ET Dow -57, Nasdaq -5, S&P -6.09: Networkers not connecting with investors today and are mostly lower with Ascend (ASND -1 3/8), Cisco (CSCO -1 5/8), and 3Com (COMS -1 1/8) among the ten most active issues on the Nasdaq... Recent weakness attributed mostly to earnings anxieties, yet Briefing contends that once the earnings warning period is over, the group will resume its winning ways... Breadth is even on the Nasdaq with 236 mln shares having been JJ Cisco (CSCO -1 7/8), and 3Com (COMS -1 7/8)...now Looks like $41....is still the magic # for ASND?
