The Senate is likely to remain Republican in 2006. The Ds would have to have an extrodinary year to win the Senate, not likely.

15 seats in the House? Well, the Ds would be a lot closer right now if it wasn't for redistricting in states like Texas. 15 seats could easily swing to the Ds if the mood of the country was looking for change next year.

I would like to see our country start talking about expanding the House. I'm not really sure why it has to remain 435 memembers forever. To be more democratic and representative, it would be great to see the House expanded to include more districts.
