Bush is too busy spending 2 hours/day working out to meet with Cindy Sheehan. He's much too busy thinking about getting his bodyfat down another 3% and his tan beefed up before he sees his other wife Condie. Bush is the laziest man in the world and he can't be bothered to learn enough about the Sheehan situation or the Iraq situation for that matter. The story goes that 6 weeks before the invasion he had to be lectured on the ethnic divisions inside Iraq. Gee. How the US of A doesn't implode from the weight of this unprecedented and historical imcompetence is beyond me.
