"If Black Fox is so impressive why doesn't someone that can afford to develope it, step in and make some kind of an offer?"

seems to me that's exactly what Jipangu has done by taking an equity stake in AGT and buying its Nevada assets. presumably the plan is that AGT will be able to concentrate on developing Black Fox and have the wherewithal to do so. AGT is a complete dog based on its current operations ( the frequent promises to get costs under control have obviously yielded no positive results ) , but it could shine if BF gets off the ground. it's definitely worth watching what develops... when a company is at death's door conservative investors should stay away, but many small gold companies that were in similar situations at the bottom of the bear market in '99-'00 eventually produced great returns for investors. no-one can say for sure whether things will work out for AGT, but Jipangu is known for being a savvy vulture investor in just such situations ( they also bought into CBJ when that company had its near-death experience ) .
