I know it does. I did not agree with the Supreme Court decision on Eminent Domain at all. That was as misguided as they get, and I hope the states fight against it. I also note that the three most conservative justices favored staying out of California's business and allowing medical marijuana. That was also a sensible decision. I like conservatives when they stick to their limited government idealogy. I don't like them when they try to use the government to enforce their social views on everyone else. A gay marriage will have entirely no effect on my marriage at all. That's up to me and my wife to make it work. The Dems will probably win Western states more often than in the past as they become more urbanized, more reliant on the government and less tied to old industries like lumber and mining. The South probably no chance for the Dems in most of the South, as they are far more conservative than the rest of the country. Florida is up for grabs though.
