Where is he showing that educated US workers are working in these low tech jobs? Where is he showing that the income levels of americans with higher education have gone down? Maybe there is a supply side problem. There are not enough net highly educated workers being added to the economy. Look at the retirement data (outflow)and college graduation data (inflow) and you will find out.
