Maybe I will be banned for saying this, but I think Dave is a RW sympathizer, if not a RWer himself. He goes easy on the most egregious offenses done by folks on his side, but if the other side crosses the line even by a little bit, they are sent to the corner.

I see that this is true of most forum admins, not just SI. They are mostly RW sympathizers. Look at the Morningstar board as another example.

The RWers run almost every major internet discussion forum, kinda like the dominant corporate media that is run by a few large corporations...
