It is obvious that It is obvious that mandatory disqualification of Catholic judges from abortion cases would have only the most minor effect on their professional lives

If we are going to do that, I want to add another few more provisions.

1) mandatory disqualification of black judges from civil rights cases

2) mandatory disqualification of female judges from gender cases

3) mandatory disqualification of chicano judges from immigration cases

4) mandatory disqualification of ..................etc
