CARTEL NEWS: Please check in- all those who have not done so already. Committed share counts for MDIN (and NPEC) are needed. We will seek to coordinate our efforts with the company's efforts to seek fair value for the shareholders. Anyone who does not already own significant holdings in MDIN will want to do so soon.
