"Grizzly Man" I am married to an insanely avid hiker. We have been considering a camping and hiking trip to Glacier National Park next month. It is only a few hours drive from here and the last time we visited was spring 2000 and much of the park was closed to snow. A few days ago, I read that 33% of the Grizzly population in America live in Glacier Park. We saw one the last time and we had a Grizzly confrontation in Yellowstone some years ago. I told my bride that she will have to learn to carry and shoot a 44 if we are to go on this trip. So far no response.
