Atheist - As you say, the client's money is used for the financing...but it is the market makers CUSTOMER and don't you agree he has a vested interest in making sure his client gets a good profit...but then again no MM would exploit such a conflict of interest...it wouldn't be right now would it. I read the conversion the same way as: 30% discount to the aug avg share price after "Sept 1st"...not "or" the lower current price. Seems to be an interpretation of the wording...I guess how ACTV is honoring it would clear that up.
