MDW private placement 500,000 shares at $1.40. The close is lower than the PP.Sounds that some one wants this stock so much that they will pay more than the market price to get a big position.It seems that the buyer feels he is getting cheap stock willing to pay more than market price.That could mean the buyer thinks the stock is headed much higher soon as he could have got his PP a week ago at $1.15.The gold showing in the cores was the key to me buying more of the stock during this week.If the tour of the property goes well and the pending 20 holes due at any time in the next 3 weeks or sooner are good,we may find that along with the PP buyer the stock was cheap even at C$1.40. James
