I read the israeli news article about deterrence. Real question is are the ayotollahs crazy? I think not, hope not but i understand why some think they are. They have fostered that image to some degree. So far, the countries that actually developed Nukes have all become more stable. S. Africa being perhaps a counterexample, but they got rid of theirs.
