Could this just be a growing recognition that this company is solid, combined with a sectoral rotation into small caps, and money managers buying the 'cheapest looking' stock in a group (after all DCTM already had a nice run)? Also, technically, 13 or so looked like a breakout to me. 15 should be just the beginning...as I say with a $200 mil market cap OTEXF will be eligible for Montgomery's 'hot techs' index or whatever they call it. So OTEXF could be "indexed" soon in some sense of the word.
